Pinheiro Analogic products come with a 3 (three) month warranty against manufacturing defects, as provided by Brazilian consumer protection law.
The warranty exclusively covers defects resulting from manufacturing or material faults, provided that the product has been used correctly and according to its intended purpose.
The warranty does not cover:
Natural wear resulting from use
Improper use, misuse, or incorrect installation
Modifications, adaptations, or repair attempts performed by third parties
Damage caused by impacts, drops, or external agents
Issues arising from the general condition of the original N64 controller, including housing, electronic components, or any other parts not supplied by Pinheiro Analogic
The repair kit acts exclusively on the replacement of internal plastic components subject to mechanical wear. We emphasize that the original N64 analog stick does not suffer from drift caused by sensor failure, and that any issues related to sensors, circuit boards, or other components are outside the scope of the product.
To request warranty service, the customer must contact us through our official support channels, providing the order number and a description of the identified issue. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced, subject to technical evaluation.
Pinheiro Analogic reserves the right to perform a technical evaluation of the product prior to warranty approval.
