Pinheiro Analogic is a Brazilian company specialized in the development and manufacturing of repair kits for original Nintendo 64 controller analog sticks.
Our mission began over 10 years ago, driven by an in-depth study of the original N64 analog stick design and the natural wear of its internal plastic components. Over the years, significant resources were invested in research, continuous testing, and the development of proprietary tooling to achieve the final version of our repair kit.
The Pinheiro Analogic repair kit replaces only the worn plastic components, restoring proper analog stick function without modifying the original controller. Contrary to common belief, the original Nintendo 64 analog stick does not suffer from drift caused by sensor failure, but rather from mechanical wear — a problem our solution addresses with precision and reliability.
The current version of our kit has been on the market for nearly 4 years, with no recorded failures due to wear. It is 100% faithful to the original analog stick design. All development and manufacturing are carried out in Brazil, using high-precision industrial plastic injection molding, ensuring full compatibility, durability, and consistent performance.
